Catering, Done Differently

Braised brings the depth and flavor of slow-cooked comfort food to events of every size. Our menu is intentionally focused around dishes that travel well, serve beautifully, and deliver the same quality whether we're feeding 20 guests or 200.

From our signature braised oxtail and beef short ribs to slow-cooked chicken, seasonal sides, and peach cobbler, every menu is built around generous portions, bold flavor, and food people remember.

Whether you're planning a corporate lunch, private celebration, wedding, or large-scale event, Braised makes feeding your guests simple.

Founder

Kevin Lee is a professional mixed martial artist, entrepreneur, chef, and founder of BRAISED.

Kevin gained international recognition competing at the highest levels of mixed martial arts, including fighting for the UFC lightweight world championship. His career has taken him around the world, exposing him to different cultures, cuisines, and approaches to food that helped shape his appreciation for cooking and hospitality.

Outside of fighting, Kevin's passion for food led to the creation of BRAISED. What began as a small farmers market booth eventually grew into a food truck operation in South Florida, building a loyal customer base and giving Kevin hands-on experience preparing and serving food in everything from small private gatherings to high-volume events.

Today, BRAISED is focused on bringing that experience directly to its customers through premium catering throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The menu centers around slow-cooked meats, elevated comfort food, and carefully selected sides designed to create a memorable meal without making the catering process complicated.

Kevin brings the same discipline, preparation, and attention to detail that defined his athletic career into every BRAISED event. Whether catering an intimate celebration, corporate lunch, wedding, or an event serving hundreds of guests, the goal remains the same: deliver exceptional food, generous hospitality, and an experience people remember.
