    Designed for weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and occasions where you want the food to become part of the experience.

    Premium selections can include our signature Braised Oxtail, Braised Beef Short Ribs, Braised Duck, or Braised Short Rib Lasagna.

    Braised can accommodate corporate events, weddings, festivals, community gatherings, private celebrations, and other large-scale events.

    For larger guest counts or specialized service needs, contact us and we'll build a catering package around your event.
